Krayna
Context
Krayna is a vegan skincare brand rooted in a rural region that uses local plants and modern technology to create 100% plant-based products. For their new oil series, they needed a visual identity and packaging system that strictly adhered to their core values of sustainability and environmental protection.
Insight
The project adopted a minimum-interference approach, recognizing that nature requires no extra ornamentation. The strategy focused on letting the raw ingredients and the natural color of the oils serve as the primary visual elements instead of using illustrations or photography.
Solution
The packaging utilizes transparent glass and aluminum containers with screen-printed white ink to eliminate plastic labels. The design relies on FSC-certified papers and embossing to reduce the need for refined coatings. By removing all imagery, the system uses large-scale text to communicate the product's core ingredients, ensuring a conscious and self-aware production.
